The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the organisations terms and conditions. "The Organisation", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Organisation. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Organisations stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.  

Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. We reserve the right to disclose your status as a student on our courses by way of reference to third party consumers.We reserve the right to publish full or partial (facial visibility) photographs taken of you by us with your knowledge on our website. Under Copyright laws, any photographs taken belongs to the owner of the copyright and they have exclusive rights to the photograph. Copyright protects photography, and is automatically protected. All photographic and artistic works displayed on this website and during courses are copyrighted by us. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance, in whole or part, of any of our obligations arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm, pandemics, epidemics, outbreaks of infection, failure in the public supply of electricity, heating, lighting, air conditioning, or telecommunications equipment. 

Student conduct and Health and Safety
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to recognise that other students also require support and assistance. If a student becomes persistently disruptive we reserve the right to offer a verbal or written warning and, if this does not resolve the situation, we may, at our discretion, ask the student to leave the course. Upon which the student will not be entitled to retrieve any monies paid to date. 

Students are reminded to wear appropriate closing and footwear to practical classes. 

General
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and using our services you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorised representatives of the Company.

You must not use our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software. 


Notification of Changes
The organisation reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If you do not agree to any change in conditions then you are to cease using our website immediately. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw (temporarily or permanently), the whole or any part of website with or without notice to you and that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website.

The Website is subject to constant change. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website.

The organisation reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, dates, content, descriptions, terms and modify or substitute products without notice. If you have booked and paid your deposit for your general course we guarantee the price for 2 months and 3 weeks from the time the deposit was paid. For private courses, the price will be reserved for 1 month.


Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy 
We have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Unless otherwise stated by us, no refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway, for the avoidance of doubt, any deposits paid by students in order to secure their place onto a course with the UK Wig School is non-refundable in any circumstances. 

Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of a course shall be held for a year and transferred to the next group course the client wishes to join within 12 months from the date the deposit was paid.

 A Student is only permitted to transfer their deposit to another course on one occasion, if the Student cancels their course a second time they will loose any entitlement to transfer the deposit, and the deposit will become our property. Should the Student wish to not transfer the monies to another course within the year, any monies remaining with us will become our property. If the Student has paid the deposit in two parts; the period of one year shall begin from the date the first part of the deposit was received. 

Any clients who arrive on the first day of the course and refuse to pay the remainder of the monies will not be admitted into the course and asked to leave. Any monies paid will be retained by us 

However, if only one student joins the general course the course will be cancelled, and the student will have the right to transfer the deposit paid to the next available course.

If a student provides less than 14 days notice that they cannot join the course after they have paid the deposit, they will loose any right to transfer the deposit onto another course. Their deposit will automatically become our property. 

If a course is postponed for reasons for which we are responsible, including staff illness, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the course or to add the missed hours onto the remaining course dates.

We reserve the right to cancel our course if too few students join. We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of courses or time-tabling constraints, or staff illnesses as set out above and beyond the cost of the course fee.

If a student wishes to cancel the course after they have paid a deposit, their deposit will be held by us for the student to transfer onto another course within the next 12 months. If the student does not enroll onto a new course during this time they will loose the right to transfer the deposit and any monies paid will be retained by us. We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of courses or time-tabling constraints, or staff illnesses as set out above and beyond the cost of the course fee.

Payment
Cash and or bank transfers are the only method of payment accepted by us. Our Terms are payment in full by the start of the first day of your course or service. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. Monies that remain outstanding by the due date (the start of the first day of the course) will result in the client being unable to join the class until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed £3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs. We reserve the right to keep the deposit paid to us in the event that you attend the course and refuse to pay the remaining monies. 


Miscellaneous 
You shall not use the Website for any illegal or immoral purposes, and you will use it in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Website in a way that may cause the Website to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or such that the effectiveness or functionality of the Website is in any way impaired. 

You agree not to attempt any unauthorised access to any part or component of the Website; and you agree that in the event that you have any right, claim or action against any Website users arising out of that user's use of the Website, then you will pursue such right, claim or action independently of and without recourse to us. 

You agree to be fully responsible for (and fully indemnify us against) all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) suffered by us and arising out of any breach of these Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of the Website or our services.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us. 

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content in our courses, including but not limited to course structure, teaching and syllabus made available are for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may use the information from the course for you own purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the course; including but not limited to reproducing, republishing, editing, modifying, publishing, teaching the course syllabus, structure, and other material thereof is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, republish, duplicate, copy, edit, modify, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content. 


You should assume that everything you see and read on the Website is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided by the Conditions. All rights reserved. 

Limitations and Exclusions of Liability 
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any direct, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings or revenue, or loss or corruption of data or information) which arises out of, or is in any way connected with your use of our services. However, nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees. 

We are not liable to you in respect of any losses arising our of any event or events beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable to you for any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill. 

We will not be liable to you in respect of any loss or corruption of any data, database of software. 

Notwithstanding any other provision in the Conditions, nothing shall limit your rights as a consumer under English law where or insofar as such rights cannot be derogated from by contract.
